当院では、医療の透明化や患者様への情報提供を積極的に推進してゆく観点から、領収書の発行の際に、個別の診療報酬の算定項目が分かる明細書を無料で発行しています。また、公費負担医療の受給者で医療費の自己負担のない方についても、希望される方にについては、明細書を無料で発行することができます。発行を希望される方は、会計窓口にその旨、お申し付けください。
なお、明細書は、使用した薬剤の名称や行われた検査の名称が記載されています。

Furthermore, even for patients receiving publicly funded medical care who have no out-of-pocket expenses, we can provide an itemized statement free of charge upon request. If you wish to receive one, please inform the staff at the cashier window.
