学校での視力検査は、法令に基づき「3.7.0方式（A/B/C/Dの判定）」で実施しています。
・判定が「A」以外（B・C・D）の場合
後日、学校から「受診票（受診のすすめ）」を配布いたします。
・早めの受診が大切な理由
視力低下には、近視だけでなく深刻な目の病気が関係している場合があります。
お子様の学習環境と健康維持のため、受診票を受け取られましたら、お早めに眼科専門医への受診をお願いいたします。
